Why create a reference line for relatives?

When mental illness enters a relationship (family, couple, or work), it doesn’t magically disappear. Loved ones are part of the solution. It’s normal to have questions and, at times, to feel overwhelmed. However, it is possible to find help and be part of the solution. To do this and be better equipped, loved ones need the support provided by organizations.

We understand that it’s not always easy to know who to call in this type of situation. That’s why we’ve set up a single line with an easy-to-remember number: 1 855 272-7837. Because family members also have needs, and we want to support them and make their lives easier.
