René Cloutier, general director

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and a master’s degree in public administration, René Cloutier has been the general director of the CAP santé mentale since April 2018. He manages and develops the organization’s activities, oversees planning, guidance and management of the organization’s internal structure and policies. He also oversees the management of finances, human resources, relations with members while ensuring political and public representations on behalf of the organization.

 

Manon Dion, events and development director

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in social work, Manon Dion has been employed by the CAP santé mentale since 1992. She implements fundraising strategies and organizes various special events (e.g. the biannual congress) while ensuring the of the Corporation with the population (e.g. the mental illness awareness campaign).

 

Daniel Valois, administrative director

Holder of an administrative technique, Daniel Valois has been employed by the CAP santé mentale since 1998. He plans, manages and coordinates the administrative activities associated with financial, material and informational resources.

 

Marie-Eve Leblond, deputy director general

Holder of a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree and soon a master’s degree in organizational development, Marie-Eve Leblond joined the CAP santé mentale team in January 2022. Her main mandate is to set up and manage the project “Aider sans filtre, pour les jeunes par les jeunes” in addition to supporting the general director in his duties when necessary.

 

Émilie Lenoble, assistant in the management of events and development projects

Holder of an integrated bachelor’s degree in public affairs and international relations, Émilie Lenoble joined the CAP santé mentale team in the summer of 2021. She collaborates with the events and development director in her projects. In particular, she is responsible for managing social networks, updating the web portal, communicating with the Unfiltered Squad and producing the CAP vers l’entourage podcast.

 

Audrey Simard, project manager

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in international studies and modern languages as well as a master’s degree in management of international development and humanitarian action, Audrey Simard joined the CAP santé mentale in the spring of 2022. She is currently working on the implementation of the project “Aider sans filtre, pour les jeunes par les jeunes”.

 

Laurie Bussières-Cloutier, in charge of training preparation

Holder of a doctorate in medicine, a certificate in plastic arts as well as a microprogram in art therapy, Laurie Bussières-Cloutier joined the CAP santé mentale in the spring of 2022. She is part of the project “Aider sans filtre, pour les jeunes par les jeunes”.
