CAP santé mentale is a registered charity that can issue official receipts for income tax purposes. To make a donation, use the QR Code (Canadon), make an Interac transfer or complete the attached form and mail it, along with your cheque or money order, to the following address :

Donations of $20 or more are automatically eligible for a tax receipt. However, if you would like a receipt for a donation of less than $20, but more than $5, please contact us.
